North Slavey is a language spoken among the Slavey First Nations of Canada located in the Northwest Territories in Canada, where it is one of the officially recognized languages.
There are only around 1200 speakers of the North Slavey language, most of which live along the Mackenzie River and in the Mackenzie Mountains. There are three separate dialects which make up the North Slavey language.
