Translation quality and our reputation is our lifeline and ensuring our clients receive their projects on time and with good quality is our number one concern.
Translation quality a result of good planning
During our initial project launch meeting, we review the project thoroughly and identify challenges that may arise during the translation process. We then have discussions on how to address the challenges, whether they are technical or logistical in nature and pass that information on to the project team. If it is a lengthy project, several milestones are set up to ensure that we deliver on time.
Multiple quality checkpoints
As the project progresses to different stages of production, multiple quality checkpoints are in place to catch mistakes early. At least four rounds of quality checks are done before the translation production is complete. Additional services such as back translation can be performed upon request as well.
